Located in Willcox, Arizona, sitting at 4,200 feet in elevation, Mesquite Tree Ranch lies in the heart of Arizona’s Wine Country.

Mesquite Tree Ranch sits on 60 acres of land with a wide open 40 acre field, 50ft round pen and a 300ft x 125ft arena. We also have Dorper and Katahdin Sheep for rent and throughout the year we have lambs for sale.

Mesquite Tree Ranch is a prime location. Just off the freeway and only five minutes from town, you’ll find restaurants, wine tasting rooms and dog-friendly hotels. The historic downtown area is quaint with antique shops, museums and wonderful restaurants.
